Drivers are set to face delays and longer journeys this week as roadworks are planned to take place across Suffolk. 

Here are five sets to be aware of.

London Road, Copdock

The section off the A12 towards Copdock at junction 32B will have a lane closed on Sunday, March 17. 

Suffolk County Council will be carrying out repair and maintenance works from 8am until 1pm. 

Bramford Road, Ipswich

Anglian Water is carrying out work along Bramford Road from Wednesday, March 20 until Friday, March 22. 

Drivers are warned to expect delays as traffic control with multi-way signals is in place. 

Leiston Road, Leiston

Suffolk County Council is resurfacing the B1122 between Lovers Lane in the town and Yoxford. 

A full road closure will be in place from Monday, March 18 until Sunday, April 14.

Kedington Road, Sturmer

UK Power Networks is closing the road from 9am until 5pm on Thursday, March 21 for utility repair. 

A 10 minute diversion through Haverhill will be in place while the road is closed. 

A12, Henham

Trooli is completing utility asset works between Blythburgh and Wangford from Tuesday, March 19 until Thursday, March 21. 

Traffic control with multi-way signal will be in place along part of the A12.
