An east Suffolk motorist was found to have more than four times the legal limit of a controlled drug, a break down product of cocaine, in his blood stream.
Alexander Clayton-Payne, of Grays Lane, Benhall, had 211 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine in his blood – the legal limit being 50mcg – while driving a grey Audi in North Pole Road in the Hammersmith and Fulham borough of London on August 27.

The 32-year-old pleaded guilty to a drug driving offence before magistrates in Uxbridge.
Appearing before court on Monday, he was given a 12-week suspended sentence, 32-month driving ban and ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work.
