A historic family-run car dealership in a mid Suffolk town has undergone a shake-up.
Barnards, in Station Road East in Stowmarket, has been a Volkswagen retailer for a number of years.
However, Marriott Motor Group has taken over the site, which will now be known as Barnards Premium Used Cars.
A spokesman for the company said: "Due to our continued growth, our owner company, Marriott Motor Group, has made the decision for Premium Used Cars Ipswich to take over the Barnards Volkswagen showroom on Station Road East, Stowmarket and we will therefore be known as Barnards Premium Used Cars."
Barnards Volkswagen said on social media it had now closed.
