A 67-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to careless driving in relation to a crash on the A12 last year.
Clive Ditchfield, from Rowley Regis, in the West Midlands, denies careless or inconsiderate driving in Yoxford on April 9 2023.
He appeared before Suffolk Magistrates’ Court on February 29 to enter his plea.
Ditchfield’s trial date is yet to be fixed and he was released on unconditional bail.
