A thief was caught in the act while stealing items from a parked car in Bury St Edmunds.
The theft happened in Martin Reed Walk just after midnight on Sunday, February 25.
The owner of the car was returning when they saw an unknown person exiting the car.

A green leather jacket and a red folder was stolen.
Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information should contact Suffolk police, quoting crime reference number 37/10638.
Information can also be given anonymously via Crimestoppers.
