A beloved car boot sale in mid Suffolk has been cancelled due to water-logged fields.
The Stonham Barns Sunday Car Boot was set to open on Sunday, March 3 but has been forced to delay the event after recent bad weather in the county.
Last week Suffolk was hit with heavy rain and strong winds which left many parts of the county flooded.

Posting on social media, the organisers of the car boot sale said: "The fields are still saturated following the constant rain we've had. At present it looks at least two weeks away from being dry enough for the car boot to start but I'll announce everywhere when we know for sure.
"My apologies for everyone but the fields are just not usable for sellers or buyers.
"The Thursday Car Boot should still open in April 2024."
It was recently announced that the event was expanding to hold sales on a Thursday due to popularity from customers.
