Two lanes of the A14 remain shut in west Suffolk following heavy flooding.
National Highways said part of the eastbound carriageway had shut on Tuesday, February 20, near Newmarket due to a possible burst water main.
Further closures were implemented on Thursday after lanes had become submerged under flood water.
Delays are continuing on Saturday as a result of the excessive rainfall, with two lanes closed between junction 37 for Newmarket and junction 38 for the A11 at about 12pm on Saturday.
According to the AA Traffic Map, there is heavy traffic on approach to the incident.
National Highways is advising there are delays of approximately 20 minutes.
