A living room fire broke out at a property in a Suffolk town in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters were called to the blaze, in Brook Farm Road in Saxmundham, at about 5.25am on Friday.
The fire took hold in the living room, according to a Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said.
Crews from Leiston and Saxmundham extinguished the flames, before a stop time was called at 6.34am.
