A café in a Suffolk coastal town that was forced to remain closed for council repairs has announced a new reopening date.
The Pit Stop Café and Tennis Courts in Southwold was due to reopen in February but had to delay reopening "due to circumstances" out of control.
Owner Anne Clarke said she went to Southwold Town Council to sign the new lease for the building but was told she could not as repairs had to be fixed from a survey on the building taken four years ago.

In an update on social media, the owner said: "I will be allowed to renew my lease and will open by Easter at the latest.
"But before I can do that I need your help. I need to replace some of the shiplap on the exterior of the building.
"There's a few other things like the whole of the interior also needs painting so anyone with any hours to spare please do give me a call."
A GoFundMe page has been set up to raise donations for the Pit Stop Cafe stating: "This small café is a much loved place by all locals and people who holiday in Southwold."
The fundraiser aims to raise a target of £1,000 and have already raised more than half of this total.
