With the opening of a taqueria in a Suffolk town looking increasingly likely, a sample menu has been released to entice future customers.
TACOR is a taqueria that is set to open in the former Pizza Shed site behind The Beerhouse in Tayfen Road in Bury St Edmunds.
TACOR has started life as a Kickstarter campaign, which relies on people pledging financially to a business to help get it off the ground.
Now that the fundraising has reached the halfway point, Ms Gregory has released teasers of the menu that future diners could enjoy.
The meaty filling options are set to include cerveza pulled pork with pineapple and chipotle salsa, duck carnitas with tomatillo salsa and chipotle and mole short rib with salsa verde.
The fish menu features blackened seabass with corn and cori crema, Baja fish tacos with chipotle crema and butter-poached lobster with lettuce sauce.
There is a range of vegetarian options and sides to get your taste buds tingling.
With 14 days left to go on the Kickstarter campaign, the business opening is not yet definite, but updates can be followed on the Wandersups Instagram.
