There are currently long delays on the A14 after part of the carriageway has flooded.
National Highways has said traffic is being held on the eastbound carriageway near Newmarket on Tuesday morning.
The authority said it could have been caused by a possible burst water main.
It comes after part of the A14 was closed yesterday after severe rainfall caused it to flood.
According to the AA Traffic Map there are long delays in the area.
