Both events will take place in Market Hill and the Arts Centre and aim to celebrate the "excellent local culinary offer and promote local hospitality businesses".
The town council is searching for traders to serve food at the event and all vendors must be based within a 30-mile radius of Sudbury.
The first street food event will take place on Sunday, June 9 with the second event taking place on Sunday, August 25.
