A motorcyclist has died following a two-vehicle crash in a north Suffolk village.
Police were called at 9.55am on Monday to the B1118 in Hoxne, near Eye, following reports of a serious two-vehicle crash.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said a silver Kawasaki motorbike and a red Volkswagen T-Roc were involved in the collision.
Ambulance and fire crews were also called, along with a critical care team from the Suffolk Accident Rescue Service.
The rider of the motorcycle - a man aged in his 30s - was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or who was driving in the area at the time to contact the Joint Norfolk & Suffolk Serious Collision Investigation Unit, quoting reference number 37/8803/24.
