A Suffolk restaurant has received an award for excellence.
La Maison Bleue in Churchgate Street in Bury St Edmunds has been left reeling after receiving a prestigious award.
Hardens is one of the UK's most highly-regarded restaurant guides of the last 25 years.
At the end of 2023 the restaurant featured in the Good Food Guide's list of the most arty restaurants in the UK.
Now, La Maison Bleue has been awarded by the guide for "exceptional quality food" following the guide's 2024 diner survey.
In a statement, they said: "We are thrilled to share that Maison Bleue has just received the prestigious Harden’s Certificate 2024 Diner Survey for exceptional quality food.
"Our commitment to providing the highest standards of culinary excellence has always been our priority.
"We strive to create memorable dining experiences for each and every one of our valued guests.
"This Harden’s Certificate is a testament to the hard work, passion and dedication of our incredible Team.
"Congratulations to our fantastic chefs."
La Maison Bleue is open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner sittings.
