A former Gospel Hall in Suffolk is to be auctioned off in a "rare opportunity" for buyers.
The hall in Kedington, near Haverhill, will go under the hammer next month with estate agents Cheffins.
It had been in use for more than 100 years until a few years ago.
According to the listing, the premises is in need of updating and could either be replacement or developed.

A spokesman for Cheffins said: "It therefore offers a wonderful opportunity to owner occupiers and investor buyers alike."
It will be auctioned off on Wednesday, March 6, with a guide price of £75,000 and £100,000.
