A new mac and cheese takeaway has sold out within two days of opening at a hit seaside foodie destination.
Say Cheese opened its doors at Beach Street in Felixstowe to keen customers for the first time on Wednesday and has proven to be an instant hit.
"It was crazy, just so busy," said Ms Hiorns.
"It was a lovely day in Felixstowe, the sun was out, and we had been so delayed with our opening that lots of people had been waiting for us to announce our opening."

Despite the bad weather on Thursday, the business was still unexpectedly busy and had to close a little early in the evening when the team ran out of sauce.
Say Cheese serves mac and cheese with a variety of toppings, including bacon, blue cheese, marmite, hot dogs, spinach, crispy onions, and a variety of hot sauces, and a raclette, a melted cheese poured on potatoes.
"We sold loads of portions of the raclette on Wednesday," said Ms Hiorns as she reflected on which dish had been most popular.
"But on Thursday we served more portions of mac and cheese."
The mac and cheese idea came after Ms Hiorns, a self-professed cheese-lover, realised that she preferred her homemade cheesy pasta to that which she ordered in restaurants.
"It's always disappointing," she said.
"My partner and I talked about opening a mac and cheese restaurant for ages.
"When Patty Macs moved into a bigger unit and this one freed up, I just went for it.
"Everyone at Beach Street has been so supportive, and these last two and a half days have been amazing."
Say Cheese is open weekly from Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm until 8pm.
