Permission has been sought for home improvements, premise licences, tree felling and more across Suffolk this week.

The following plans have been submitted to West Suffolk, Babergh, Mid Suffolk and East Suffolk councils for the week beginning February 5.

Non-Material Amendment of DC/23/2011/FUL - Conversion of outbuilding to a garden room, including the addition of a bathroom and new glazing - Application to change the barge board and fascias from white to black colour. 

Ref. No: DC/24/0348/TCA. Townsend Villa 69 Chediston Street Halesworth Suffolk IP19 8BJ. One twisted willow to be brought down to previous wounds to allow for light, a eucalyptus tree to be pollarded to its lowest most growth point to avoid a future problem due to height, and a conifer, located over a listed wall, will be removed due to two sections dying leaving one small section supporting the tree.

Ref. No: DC/24/0215/FUL. The Norfolk Guest House 1 - 3 Holland Road Felixstowe Suffolk IP11 2BA. Change of use from a C1 Hotel to Sui generis (House of Multiple Occupation) 

Ref. No: DC/24/0152/TPO. 18 Station Road Corton Lowestoft Suffolk NR32 5HF. Removal of dead birch and management of several lime trees.

Ref. No: DC/24/0161/TCA. The Gables Park Road Aldeburgh Suffolk IP15 5EX. Crown reduction of two Sycamore trees by two metres.

Ref. No: DC/24/00603. 8 Windham Road Chilton Industrial Estate Sudbury Suffolk CO10 2XD. Non-Material Amendment relating to DC/19/04305 - Change the description to omit parking space numbers as per revised Site Layout Plan.

Ref. No: DC/24/00619. Gateway 14, Land Between The A1120 And A14, Creeting St Peter, Stowmarket, Suffolk. Application for Advertisement Consent - Erection of totem poles and display of illuminated and non-illuminated hoardings and fascia signage.

Ref. No: DC/24/0184/CLP. Lloyds Bank 48 High Street Newmarket Suffolk CB8 8LF. Legal Development Certificate for proposed use or development - change of use of bank to a restaurant/coffee shop.

Ref. No: DC/24/0168/LB. Moot Hall Well Lane Clare Suffolk CO10 8NH. Listed building consent for partial removal of existing sand cement render and replacement with lime plaster to north west elevation, alterations to stepped copings and lead flashing, two replacement windows and one replacement door to north east elevation, and internal alterations to the kitchen and bathroom.

The status of the above planning applications is 'awaiting decision' and 'pending consideration'.
