One of the UK's most-loved TV chefs is set to feature a Suffolk business in his upcoming BBC Two show this month.
Rick Stein's Food Stories is set to air on our TV screens on Monday, February 12.
The new 15-part BBC series follows Stein as he embarks on a "cookery pilgrimage" around the UK to explore and celebrate British cuisine.
Stein was spotted in Loaded in Southwold during the summer of 2023 while filming for his new show but is not yet known whether the restaurant will feature in the new series.
However, The Canteen in the seaside town has confirmed that they will feature on the BBC Two show on Wednesday, February 21 at 6.30pm.
"We’ve been keeping a big secret, but the time has finally come to share it with you all," read the announcement on Facebook.
"The Canteen will be in the spotlight on Episode 8: Suffolk, airing on Wednesday, February 21.
"Spread the word and we hope you’ll be tuning in with us!"
The episode is Suffolk-based, and many other local businesses are expected to feature.
Rick Stein's Food Stories will air every weekday evening from Monday, February 12 for three weeks on BBC Two at 6.30pm.
