A new food van serving deli sandwiches has been making its way around markets in Suffolk and north Essex since launching last month.
Dave Westgarth launched his new business The Rolling Deli on Thursday, January 11.
The food vendor specialises in American-style deli sandwiches and subs, serving a range of popular flavours from across the pond including a Philly cheese steak – a beef and cheese sandwich originating in Philadelphia – and an Italian sub which is filled with Italian cured meats and cheeses.
What's more, Mr Westgarth is experimenting with weekly specials, and customers can expect flavours such as chimichurri steak or a salt beef subs to make appearances on the menu.
"I've always been really into food," said the 28-year-old.
"I've worked in catering and hospitality for many years and it felt like time to open my own business."
Despite launching in the depths of the British winter, The Rolling Deli has turned some heads at the Sudbury and Colchester weekly markets.

"It was really good," said Mr Westgarth.
"I wasn't expecting much at all as it is January and a difficult time to start a business, but it was good."
The Rolling Deli is a business that has evolved over several years, as Mr Westgarth has dabbled with different food types in the past to work out which cuisines would be most sustainable and most popular for a market or festival crowd.
"I'm just going to keep my head above the water," he said.
"I'm planning on serving food at some festivals and have made contact with some that run in the local area."
The Rolling Deli can currently be found at the Sudbury market on Thursdays and Saturdays and the Colchester market on Fridays each week.
