Estate agents in Suffolk have named the most sought after places to live in the county.
From the historic villages to bustling town centres, Suffolk has something for everyone.
Here are the three most sought after postcodes in Suffolk according to estate agents.
CO7 6, Dedham Vale
Dedham Vale and East Bergholt have been named as one of the most sought-after postcodes in the county.
Katy Stephenson, associate director in the residential sales team at Savills, said: "CO7 6 covers part of the Dedham Vale and is right in the heart of Constable Country.
"It’s great for commuting as you’re close to both Ipswich and Colchester, but you’re surrounded by some lovely countryside and some beautiful villages."
CO10 9, Lavenham
Lavenham and Long Melford are becoming a popular choice for people looking to relocate.
Melford is also becoming a top foodie destination – with a number of independent cafes and businesses along its high street.
Ms Stephenson said: "C010 9 takes us a little further west towards the likes of Lavenham and Long Melford.
"Again, there is plenty of countryside to enjoy for walks and rides, complemented some wonderful historic timber framed houses.
"Lavenham in particular is a very pretty, iconic village that’s typical of Suffolk.
IP33, Bury St Edmunds
The west Suffolk town of Bury St Edmunds has always been a popular place for people to live, given its history and amenities.
The town is also home to a number of award-winning restaurants.
Ms Stephenson added: "If you’re looking for somewhere a little closer to town and amenities, then the IP33 postcode within the medieval grid area of Bury St Edmunds is where a lot of people want to be.
"The shops, restaurants and cafes are right on your doorstep and there’s a good selection of family housing with off street parking, large gardens and plenty of outside space.”
