Homes and shops in Leiston have been left without water this morning after two reported leaks in the town.
Essex and Suffolk Water reported the incidents on Waterloo Avenue and High Street at around 8am.
In a post on X, formally known as Twitter, a spokeswoman for the company said: "We are aware of an issue in your area causing interruption to supplies.

"We have a technician investigating this now and we will provide an update soon."
Engineers are currently fixing the leak in Waterloo Avenue and investigating the leak in High Street.
It is not yet known when the water will return.
