A man has been jailed for 22 weeks after being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
Jamie Hunter, of no fixed address but from the Mildenhall area, had previously been given a suspended sentence for breaching the terms of his criminal behaviour order on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
The 49-year-old had been subject to the order after appearing at Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich on March 23, 2023.
The order stopped him from being drunk in public places after repeated incidents of drunk, disorderly behaviour and anti-social behaviour.
He breached the terms of his order three times throughout 2023 and, on the fourth time on Thursday, January 18, he was arrested in Market Cross in Mildenhall and remanded in police custody.

His suspended sentence of 22 weeks in prison was activated at Suffolk Magistrates' Court on Friday, January 19, and he was ordered to pay £299 in costs.
PC Ollie Smith, from the Forest Heath Community Policing Team, said: "It is disappointing that Hunter has breached his order for the fourth time.
"Criminal behaviour orders give us the opportunity to support offenders while preventing further offences from being committed.
"Our hope is that during his sentence, Hunter receives the support he needs."
