Dedham Vale has long been known for its natural beauty and peaceful surroundings, having been made famous by painter John Constable.
The much-loved area of outstanding natural beauty that flanks the Suffolk and Essex border has been named one of country's most underrated beauty spots by The Times.
Described as a "green and pleasant pocket of thatched cottages", the national newspaper highlighted peaceful riverside and gorgeous countryside.
Last year saw the much-loved area named one of the best places to live in the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Live Guide.
