Suffolk could be hit by disruptive weather as early as next week, according to the Met Office.
With the cold snap set to continue until Friday, January 12, those around the county have experienced overnight temperatures as low as -4C this week.
Areas including Sudbury, Ipswich and Trimley St Mary even saw some snow on Monday morning.
The Google weather forecast has predicted that further snow and sleet could fall around Suffolk on Wednesday, January 17, as the unsettled weather crosses the country.
On Thursday, the Met Office has warned of unsettled weather that is expected to push across the country from the south of the UK around mid-week.

"This could lead to a band of snow and sleet where it meets the colder air across the country," said a spokeswoman for the Met Office.
"Confidence is low with regards to exactly when this might happen and how far north across the country this system might push.
"Therefore, while there is an increasing risk of something potentially disruptive at some point in this period, exactly where will see any impacts is still uncertain at this stage."
The weather forecaster's ten-day trend has warned that next week the UK could experience some "pretty interesting weather" next week, with "northerly winds expected to bring some very cold air."
On Wednesday, the chances of snow in Suffolk are at their greatest.
If snow does hit the county, the advice is to avoid travelling unless necessary and to drive slower, in lower gears.
In cold conditions like these, the elderly and people with underlying health conditions have been urged to keep their heating on to at least 18C, while people are being advised to stay warm and look out for those who are most vulnerable in cold conditions.
