The winner of a BBC cooking competition is among the guest chef line up for a one-night-only event at an award-winning Suffolk gastropub.

The Unruly Pig, near Woodbridge, is kicking off the first Unruly Nights of 2024 with six courses cooked by their Head Chef Karl Green and guests Steven Kerr, Johnny McNeil and Adam Handling MBE.

The pub was recently named among the top 50 gastropubs by Estrella Damm with rankings due to be released later this month.

Mr Handling was crowned winner of BBC Great British Menu 'Champion of Champions' last year and owns three restaurants: The Frog in Covent Garden, The Loch & the Tyne in Old Windsor, and the Ugly Butterfly in St Ives.
