A major road was closed for six hours following a serious collision.
The A11 southbound between Barton Mills and Red Lodge was closed from 11.30pm last night until 5.30am today.
Suffolk police were called to the scene at 10.10pm on Thursday to reports of a crash involving one car.
Fire and ambulance crews also attended the scene.
It has not been confirmed whether any injuries were sustained.
