People have been urged not to travel by train in the aftermath of Storm Henk.
Greater Anglia told customers not to travel on its route between Ipswich and Norwich this morning due to severe disruption.
Services have been cancelled since Tuesday evening after a fallen tree damaged the overhead electric wire between these stations.
All lines have now reopened but delays are still expected.
Two weather warnings were issued for Suffolk as Storm Henk battered the region with strong winds and heavy rain.

Flooding caused further issues on the Greater Anglia network and on the roads as the A12 through Yoxford was nearly impassable on Tuesday after torrential rain.
Fire services were called to several homes to pump water out and hundreds of other properties were left without power.
The Environment Agency has issued several flood alerts around the county as the effects of the storm continue to wreak havoc.
