A man who was rescued from a water-filled ditch on New Year's Day was taken to hospital for further care.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue were called to reports of a person stuck in a ditch on Christmas Lane in Oulton at 2.10am.
Two engines from Lowestoft South attended the scene and a male was rescued from a water-filled ditch.

Other emergency services were also called.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance centre said one ambulance and a rapid response vehicle were sent to Christmas Lane following reports of a man in the water.
The man was taken to the James Paget Hospital for further assessment and care.
