A tornado warning has been issued for Suffolk amid a Met Office alert for 50mph winds.
The Tornado and Storm Research Organisation (TORRO) issued the warning on Saturday covering the entire county.
It comes amid strong winds that have hit part of Suffolk.
Forecasters at the Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for the Suffolk coast, with residents told to expect strong winds.
Gusts of 50mph are expected to hit Southwold, Aldeburgh and Felixstowe overnight, as well as heavy rain.
According to TORRO, Suffolk is one of the areas in the country at risk of being hit by a tornado.
The warning is in place until 6am on Sunday.
