Gusts of around 45mph will hit parts of Suffolk as Storm Gerrit arrives in the county.
Forecasters are predicting yet more difficult weather conditions for Suffolk, just two days after Christmas.
Inland areas such as Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket will face winds of around 40mph according to the Met Office.
The wet and windy weather comes just days after Storm Pia.
Although Suffolk is not covered by a Met Office weather warning, there could still be some disruption to travel times.
Drivers are warned their journey may take longer, while coastal areas will be affected by "spray and large waves."
