A driver was fined £300 and 28 vehicles committed various offences during a crackdown by Suffolk police.
Officers carried out a day of action, involving commercial vehicles, in Bury St Edmunds on Wednesday, with the aim of reducing road casualties and disrupting criminality.
Thirty vehicles were escorted to Bury St Edmunds lorry park, 28 of which were found to have committed an offence.
One driver was fined £300 for driver hours, while eight other minor driver hours offences were discovered.
Seventeen traffic offence reports were issued, including six for no seatbelt and two for using a mobile phone.

Two vehicles were reported for carrying dangerous goods, while another was prohibited.
PC Terry Harvey, of the Suffolk commercial Vehicle Unit said: “Drivers who fail to follow the rules put other road users at risk. To have only two vehicles that were clear of offences show that there is still a lot of work to do.
"The CVUs are out on the road network daily conducting enforcement operations and education to drivers."
