Christmas Day is set to be a cold and dry as forecasters reveal no snow is expected in Suffolk.
Latest forecasts show that Christmas Day will be a little colder than over the weekend but will be dry.
The days leading up to Christmas will remain unsettled with showers or longer spells of rain on Friday.
Into the weekend there will continue to be a mix of showers but also some drier and brighter spells with winds although less strong than Thursday still remaining blustery.
It comes after the county was hit by strong winds on Thursday which brought down a number of trees across the county during Storm Pia.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: "Current indications are that Christmas Day will be a little colder than over the weekend but will be dry so we are not expecting any snow across Suffolk during the Christmas period."
