A former high street retail store will be transformed into a new go-karting track.
Earlier this year it was announced that Flip Out submitted a planning application to take over the former Debenhams store in Colchester.
The plans showed the first floor would have trampolines and the second floor would be converted into a go-karting track.
Another addition to the site will be an axe-throwing and mini golf bar.

Colchester City Council has confirmed that the changes to the store in Culver Street West will be coming soon.
An announcement on social media said: "The huge transformation at the former Debenhams will feature an incredible electric go-kart track alongside on the UK's best entertainment zones!"
The new trampoline park could create up to 50 full time jobs in the area.
