A popular Suffolk beach has been named as one of the best places for a winter break in the UK.
Southwold has been included in a list compiled by Country Living magazine.
Country Living said: "Charming Southwold makes a great winter break, where a golden-sand beach lined with pastel-hued huts and seaside cafes meets a quintessential resort town.
"Crafty shops, an award-winning pier, locally brewed beer and bustling harbour all combine to make this one of Britain's best winter beaches.
"While you're here, also make sure to discover Covehithe Beach - a remote and unspoilt stretch of sand nearby."
The magazine named The Sail Loft as a place to stay if visiting the area.
Southwold is no stranger to national recognition after recently been named one of the best places to visit in the UK.
It has also picked up the prestigious Blue Flag award for the quality of the beach, the way it is managed and the facilities it offers to visitors.
It is also home to some of the best fish and chip shops in the county.
