A much-loved Christmas event in a Suffolk town has been cancelled due to bad weather.
Leiston's Christmas Extravaganza and late night shop will no longer go ahead today.
The event was supposed to take place between 4pm and 8pm on Saturday.
Organisers said in a post on social media: "We are sorry we have cancelled the event.
"Your safety is paramount. We will look forward to seeing you at the next event."
Santa's grotto, an indoor market, face painting and a treasure hunt will still be taking place but all outdoor events have been cancelled.
