A boutique hotel has been awarded the highest star rating possible by a prestigious worldwide hotel guide.
The Bell Hotel in Saxmundham has achieved an impressive near five-star rating on the travel review site Tripadvisor.
This achievement comes almost a year to the day since new management took over the running of the hotel.
General manager Ashley Beale said: "We're extremely proud of this recognition.
"This achievement is a true testament to the effort and resources management and the team has put in throughout the past year to deliver incredible service to both guests and diners.
"We've worked tirelessly to ensure our team is completely aligned with expectations, providing training and support to ensure everyone is engaged and equipped with the skills needed to ensure exceptional experiences."
A review from a guest said: "Had another great stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, the service and experience was second to none."
The hotel has a collection of 10 luxury rooms on offer, with overnight accommodation starting from £125, which includes breakfast.
The restaurant also continues to climb the Tripadvisor ratings and currently has four and a half stars.
