Land that could be used for nearly 40 holiday lodges in a village in Suffolk is set to be discussed next week.
Babergh District Council planning committee is to discuss plans for 38 holiday caravans and the construction of raised decking for each one at a committee meeting next week.
The site would be located at Brett Vale Golf Club in Noaks Road in Raydon, near Hadleigh.
The application was originally submitted as 57 lodges but was reduced to 38 following Raydon Parish Council's objections that 57 would impact landscape, wildlife, drainage and increase traffic.
The parish councils of Raydon, Holton St Mary and Shelley all object to the plans over the same four areas of concerns.
A total of 40 letters, emails and online comments have been received in response to the plans, with 35 objections, four in support and one neutral.
The plans are to be discussed at the meeting on Wednesday, December 13, with planning officers recommending the plans be refused.
