Emergency services have been called to a roof fire in Guildhall Street, Bury St Edmunds.
Three crews from Bury St Edmunds have been at the scene from 7pm.
A spokesperson for Suffolk Fire and Rescue said the fire is at a "three-floor entertainment venue" on the road.
Suffolk Police are managing traffic at the scene.
