Two sheds at homes less than a mile away were targeted in overnight burglaries.
Police are seeking witnesses and are appealing for information in connection with the shed burglaries in Lowestoft.
A police spokesman said: "A shed in Westwood Avenue was forced open by an unknown person cutting the lock.
"An orange Scott large frame pedal cycle and a red Scott large frame pedal cycle were stolen sometime between 7pm on Monday, November 27 and 7am on Tuesday, November 28."
A shed at a home in Aspinall Close - 0.7-miles away - was then targeted overnight as a "shed door was forced open" but "nothing appears to have been stolen", according to police.
A police spokesman said: "Can you help?"
Information to Suffolk police quoting the crime reference numbers 37/68828/23 or 37/68795/23 respectively via 101.
