Plans are being made to put up six new units for "small and emerging" businesses at a south Suffolk farm.
An application has been made to Babergh District Council for Town Greens Farm in East Bergholt to add six new commercial storage units to existing ones at the site.
As with existing units, they would be let to small and newly emerging businesses in the area that wish to branch out into business premises, to help the rural economy.
The existing units are let to nearby businesses for storage use, with occasional visits to the site, but with the new units the letting arrangements would be open to agreement over their use.

The plans would add 423 square metres of floorspace and six new car parking spaces to the development on Park Road.
The units would be used for storage and not distribution, according to the plans, with the site next to Fields Farm Shop, café and community hub.
There are also other facilities nearby, including a butchers', The Royal Oak pub, hairdressers' and the Grange Caravan Park with seasonal shop.
