A retro toys and collectables shop has launched in a Suffolk town with a familiar face at the helm.
Retro Time opened its doors above Dough & Co in King Street at the weekend, and offers vintage and new toys, games and collectables.
Owner Julie Sharman is no stranger to the Sudbury high street, having opened the store in Friar Street 10 years ago, after years of selling via Ebay, before closing two years later and moving back to online selling.
"I've been selling on Ebay for about 25 years now, and when this upstairs space became available I thought it was a good chance to open a shop again," she said.
"We sell clothing, toys and games, vintage and new, and we have a really big range.
"Quite a few people have come in who knew me from my previous shop, and it has been quite busy since it opened on Saturday."
Ms Sharman, who lives in Alpheton, said they currently have stock including vintage and new Bratz dolls, Polly Pockets and Playmobil, amongst other toys and games.
She said she wants to continually replenish the shop with more even stock and items going forward.
"We are looking to stay, we are not a pop-up shop at all," said Ms Sharman.
"I am hoping to really progress with it, changing things around and getting more stock and trying new ideas.
"We just want it to be a place where everybody is welcome to come and have a play," she added.
Retro Time, which opened on Saturday, November 18, can be found at 34/35 King Street, above Dough & Co.
