The air ambulance was called to an incident near Sudbury.
A helicopter from the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance was spotted in Long Melford at about 11.30am on Wednesday.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We can confirm we were called at 9.40am today to a private property in Long Melford and dispatched the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance to the scene."
The nature of the incident is currently unclear.
