Walking, dressing up and dancing with a Strictly star are just some of the ways people across Ipswich and Suffolk played their part in this year's Children In Need.

Many schools held fundraisers on Friday with many generous donations being made to support the cause.

We had more than 150 submissions online from readers sharing how they were getting ready to support Children In Need.

Here are a selection of those photos.
