A new coffee and deli shop specialising in Suffolk produce is set to open another premises in the county.
The Black Dog Deli is set to open a new shop in Saxmundham, offering residents freshly made coffee and food using produce from Suffolk companies.
The company will open its new location next to the Waitrose in a courtyard just off High Street.
This will be the second shop Damien and his wife Gemma Riseley, the franchisees, have, after opening their Halesworth store in April 2021.
Damien said: "It's important for me to develop coffee in this town because it's very limited.
"There's not a lot of quality in the town when it comes to coffee.
"It will be a smaller shop with a picnic area outside so it will be more of a grab-and-go shop."
The shop will sell fresh sourdough, freshly roasted coffee, as well as pastries.
Mr Riseley continued: "This is a good way of getting into the town and seeing how it goes.
"If it works really well, we will look for a bigger premises where we can have customers sit in and things, but this is a good way of testing it."
The business is hoping to be as much of a success as their Halesworth location, which has been described as "fantastic" and has developed a lot of customers that visit from Suffolk and Norfolk.
There is a hope the latest Black Dog Deli to hit Suffolk will open within the next couple of weeks, in time for the town's Christmas light switch-on event on December 1.
