The event will run from 10am until 4.30pm daily.
The Christmas market forms part of a longer series of festive events happening in the town, replacing a previously shorter Christmas Fayre which ended two years ago.
Christmas in the town kicks off with the Light Switch On event on November 16 featuring new lights being switched on from 4pm at arc Shopping Centre.
All of the festive events in the town are delivered by a partnership of organisations including arc Shopping Centre, Our Bury St Edmunds BID, Bury St Edmunds Town Council, St Edmundsbury Cathedral, and West Suffolk Council.
