A teenage girl has been strangled outside a Greggs store in Lowestoft.
Police are searching for a man, described as being between 30 and 40 years old, who grabbed the throat of a teenage girl causing her to struggle to breathe.
The assault happened after a man approached a group of young people outside the Greggs branch in London Road North.

After the assault, the suspect walked away with another man and woman towards the Joseph Conrad pub.
The incident happened on Sunday between 4.45pm and 5.05pm and the man is described as having fair hair and wearing black clothing.
Suffolk Constabulary is appealing for witnesses and anyone with information should contact the force on 101 or email ccc@suffolk.pnn.police.uk quoting crime reference 37/65917/23.
