An American-style chicken wing restaurant will open in a west Suffolk town centre later this month, it has been revealed.
Top G Wings will launch in the former En-Thai-Sing restaurant in Mildenhall's St Andrew's Street on Tuesday, November 28.
The restaurant is the brainchild of long-time friends Shaz Begg, 42, and Paul Stannard, 45, who began renovating the premises in August.
After fending off a bid from the Costa next door, with the landlord favouring a local, independent business, the pair decided to create an American-style chicken wing restaurant.
Mr Begg also owns Gandhi in Mildenhall, which is one of the oldest Indian restaurants in East Anglia under the ownership of one family.
In a post on the Top G Wings social media, they said: "HELLO MILDENHALL! The news you have all been waiting for… opening on Tuesday 28th NOVEMBER 2023!
"Save the date, tell your friends and family, and take advantage of the 50% off opening offer!
"Keep an eye on our socials for further details and be sure to download the app as soon as we release it. Menu coming soon."
