Get into the festive spirit as two luxury Christmas trains are passing through Suffolk.
On Friday, December 1 trainspotters will be given the chance to see a vintage diesel locomotive as it takes passengers from Suffolk to Bath Christmas market.
The journey will begin in Bury St Edmunds at 7am and from there it will travel to Ipswich for 7.30am.
Passengers will then be hauled by a vintage diesel through Suffolk and Essex on the way to London.
From London, a steam locomotive takes over for the journey to Bath.
From here the train will take a glorious route along the Kennet Valley, past Newbury and into Wiltshire, with views of the Pewsey and Westbury White Horses and the rolling hills of southern England on route to Bath.
The following weekend another luxury Christmas train will be travelling through the county.
The Northern Belle will be departing from Ipswich Railway Station at 1.25pm on Saturday, December 9.
The dining train, which will have festive décor, features 1930s-style Pullman carriages named after British castles and stately homes.
