A mid Suffolk farm shop has been nominated for a prestigious UK award.
Alder Carr Farm in Creeting St Mary, near Needham Market, has been shortlisted for the small farm shop of the year at the Farm Retail Association awards.
Judges said the business "champions local, seasonal and artisan produce".
They also highlighted their butcher, deli counter and award-winning ice cream.
Emma Mosey, chair of the Farm Retail Association, said: "Farm shops and farmers markets continue to be the nation’s retail beacons for sourcing fresh and nutritious produce with low food miles, from passionate and knowledgeable often family-run, independent businesses.

The awards ceremony will take place at Holiday Inn Peterborough West on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
