A Suffolk fireworks display has been cancelled due to the 'recent bad weather' and 'upcoming forecast'.
Undley Farm, near Mildenhall, was due to host a fireworks event on Friday, November 3.
However, in an email sent to ticket holders on Monday, organised confirmed they have been forced to cancel the display due to the recent weather that has hit Suffolk.
"Despite scrupulous planning and our greatest efforts, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming Undley Farm fireworks event, due to be held on 3rd November 2023.
"We’re a farm setting and the recent bad weather, coupled with the upcoming forecast has caused major concerns regarding the car park area.
"The car park area is flooded, with no pre-longed dry weather forecast we cannot foresee the problem resolving before the event.
“We have attempted to seek alternatives around the site to no avail. Although we understand this is disappointing news, our first priority is keeping all attendees safe and those attending being able to manoeuvre around the site safely."
It is the second fireworks display in Suffolk to be cancelled due to the weather.
Heveningham Hall announced last week that due to "widespread issues" it had been forced to cancelled a planned event.
Suffolk is set to be hit by Storm Ciarán later this week, with strong winds and heavy rain set to batter the county.
